A competent CNC operator must have a strong understanding of:
CNC Machine Types:
· Must be familiar with different CNC machines and their functions
Workpiece Holding & Clamping Systems:
· Should know how to select and use appropriate work-holding devices
Cutting Tools & Tooling Systems:
· Understanding various cutting tools and tool holder setups
Safety Protocols in CNC Machining:
· Must be aware of workplace safety rules and ensure a secure working environment
Tool Calibration & Cutting Parameters:
